Using ribbons and streamers

Most of the time, worship tools are used one at a time. However, some people develop sufficient skill to use two at once, particularly with fast songs. If you are using two praise rings at once you can wave them above your head simultaneously. You can also create a crossover effect by waving but with your hands starting at opposite sides. Moving them in a circle creates an interesting effect and of course there are various variations of this if you are using two at once. They can be moved in circles, figure of eights, back and forth or in serpentine movements.

Remember to judge the size of your arm movement according to the tool you are using. For example, with long streamers it is best to use large arm movements because small movements can leave you tied up in knots. Head high or overhead movements tend to look the best.
