Ordering from us
You are deemed to have placed an order with us when using our online checkout process. You have the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement detailing the products that you have ordered.
Ebooks are normally made available within an hour of the order being placed.If you have not received an email explaining how to access them within an hour please check your spam folder or other place you have access to that they may be delayed. If you are still having problems please make sure you contact God’s Lily using one of the contact forms on the site. It is not possible to anything to improve a situation if we do not know that there that there is a problem.
Other items for sale will be dispatched as soon as possible. If they have not been received within two weeks please contact us so that we can investigate the situation.
If a delivery is not what you ordered or it is damaged or defective or is an incorrect quantity we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 10 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
An order can be cancelled before dispatch if you contact us using one of the forms on the site.
