It might seem a bit unusual thinking of self-confidence as a resource. However, we need self-confidence to achieve anything. Where does self-confidence come from? Many of us feel that we lack self confidence in at least one area of our life. We see others achieve things because we have the confidence to chase after it and wonder why we struggle to achieve anything. Confidence is an attitude of mind that is seen in outward physical actions. It brings persistent continuous action that drives us towards our goals. It is a can-do attitude that means that we try and keep on trying to achieve our goals. It is an attitude that can be learnt and needs to be practised.
